It pulled me closer but through a different door.
What followed was a long exploration of how the body holds stress beyond muscles, how the nervous system remembers, and how gentleness, play, laughter, and safety can release what effort cannot. Slowly, almost accidentally, Nizar Yoga method emerged, not as an alternative to yoga, but as a way to complete the experience.
