  • Exhale, gently twist to the right for 3 counts
  • Return to center and repeat on the left
  • Repeat once more, moving slowly with your breath

2. Laughter Pause

  • Inhale deeply
  • Exhale with a playful laugh for 10-20 seconds
  • Take 3 slow breaths
  • Repeat once more

3. Optional Closing Breath

  • Hands on belly
  • Inhale for 2 counts
  • Exhale for 3-5 counts
  • Notice what feels softer, lighter, calmer
