Seated Stretch
- Sit comfortably, spine tall, shoulders relaxed
- Inhale, lift both arms overhead
- Exhale, gently twist to the right for 3 counts
- Return to center and repeat on the left
- Repeat once more, moving slowly with your breath

Laughter Pause
- Inhale deeply
- Exhale with a playful laugh for 10-20 seconds
- Take 3 slow breaths
- Repeat once more

Optional Closing Breath
- Hands on belly
- Inhale for 2 counts
- Exhale for 3-5 counts
